1. 3 years or more relevant work experience in risk control of consumer finance businesses such as Internet finance or bank credit cards 2. Familiar with consumer finance products and have a certain understanding of the target user groups of such products familiar with the key points of consumer finance risks and the full life cycle risk control system 3. Good data and process analysis ability, summary ability and insight have strong information collection and analysis judgment ability, and have rich experience in customer risk analysis 4. Familiar with basic risk control modeling methods and model evaluation and application 5. Proficient in basic computer technologies, such as Python/SAS/R, statistical learning methods, Hive/SQL.
