About the Role
This internship focuses on supporting the daily operations and optimization of trading products across multiple brands. You will gain hands-on experience in product support, cross-functional collaboration, and trading product operations while learning about customer behavior and market mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Support
- Assist in supporting trading products on a daily basis by helping handle inquiries from Sales, Customer Service, and Trading teams. Learn product rules and trading logic while helping identify and escalate issues.
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Support multiple brands in tracking and coordinating product-related issues with Product, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution.
- Operations & Process Support
- Help organize SOPs, internal workflows, and common issue documentation to improve team efficiency and operational accuracy.
- Customer & Product Insights
- Assist in reviewing customer inquiries and trading behaviors to better understand user needs, pain points, and product usage scenarios.
- Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update product documentation, user guides, and internal communication materials. Help organize customer feedback for product improvement discussions.
- Basic Data Analysis
- Support the team in compiling and analyzing basic product and operational data, such as customer behaviors, trading activities, and issue trends.
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in trading products, financial markets, fintech, or the CFD/cryptocurrency industry.
- Eager to learn with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow in product operations or product management roles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency or trading platforms is a plus.
- Internship, campus project, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
