Primary Responsibilities
Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create, implement, communicate, and lead Viatris Taiwan in the analysis and presentation of monthly/quarterly business financial results as well as Quarterly Forecasts and annual Budget
- Partner with Taiwan leadership team on the execution of business strategies; providing analytical support as necessary for key business decisions
- Provide financial leadership on special projects and business development activities supporting Viatris Taiwan's management strategic initiatives
- Implement processes across the organization to prepare, review monthly financial results and perform analysis of financial operating statements, including comparison with budget, prior year and forecast
- Liaise with supply chain and Marketing team on developing supply and out of stock related reporting processes
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks
- Prepare other ad-hoc reports if requested
Operating Plan (Budget) / Quarterly Forecast
- Lead the creation, coordination, analysis and preparation of the Taiwan Operating Plan
- Responsible for the development of cohesive financial message/commentary for the Taiwan Budget/Forecast
- Partner with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Medical and Enabling Functions teams to understand the business needs and its key drivers in order to define the requirements and facilitate the consolidation of the Budget/Forecast
- Create and provide guidance and direct the consolidation and review of Viatris Taiwan's proposals and the preparation of the associated presentations to senior management
- Provide oversight to Taiwan's Leadership team on the preparation of detailed analyses in support of the annual Budget/Forecast
Management Reporting
- Create and oversee processes to review and analyze monthly results
- Create and oversee the preparation and analysis of Taiwan financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to Viatris Corporate
- Work with Center of Excellence (CoE) in creating and defining Viatris Taiwan's management reporting requirements for Actuals, Forecast and Budget

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting, MBA preferred (Minimum 5 years of FA relevant work experience required)
- 10+ years of finance experience
- Able to work with cross-functional team with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to prioritize / manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
