Position Impact

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to lead financial strategy and team development. This is a critical leadership role responsible for consolidating financials across diverse business units and providing high-level insights to influence company-wide decision-making. You will act as a strategic advisor to the Strategy Head and Finance Head, building and mentoring a high-performing team while driving operational efficiency in a fast-evolving, capital-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Oversee financial consolidation and planning across multiple business units. You will collaborate with the Strategy Head and Finance Head to shape the group's strategic direction and lead the narrative for executive-level performance reviews.
  2. Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring analytical excellence and fostering professional growth within the department.
  3. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional heads (Ops, Engineering, Sales, etc.) to align financial strategies with global business goals and optimize hardware cost structures.
  4. Decision Support & Capital Allocation: Provide data-driven recommendations to the Strategy Head and Finance Head on resource prioritization, investment evaluations, and potential shifts in business models.
  5. Performance Governance: Define and track global KPI frameworks. This includes owning the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles.
  6. Process Transformation: Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting tools to support scalable business growth.

Qualification

  1. Experience: 12–18 years of progressive Financial Planning and Analysis or Strategic Finance experience. Exposure to manufacturing, hardware, or complex global supply chains is highly preferred.
  2. Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders in an international setting.
  3. Strategic Acumen: Skilled in evaluating complex business models (e.g., recurring revenue) and navigating ambiguity to deliver high-impact recommendations to the Strategy and Finance leadership.
  4. Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for non-finance partners.
