Finance VP (Fund & Corporate Accounting)

Finance VP Role | Global Asset Manager

Our client is a global investment manager with an established presence across public and private markets, serving institutional and private wealth clients across multiple regions and asset classes. They are hiring for a Finance VP, please find some details below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting activities, including monthly and quarterly closes for funds and SPVs across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage invoice approvals, banking relationships, treasury activities, and cash management
• Review GST, withholding tax filings, and ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Lead statutory audits, regulatory reporting, and coordinate with corporate secretaries on governance matters
• Oversee corporate accounting close and support head office reporting requirements
• Prepare and review regulatory submissions (e.g. MAS, SFC)
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external administrators to maintain strong financial controls and processes
• Candidates with experience handling Luxembourg funds are preferred
