Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Finance Transformation Manager/Snr Manager. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to drive standardisation, efficiency, and scalability of finance processes across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver regional finance business process optimisation initiatives, covering end-to-end finance workflows
- Review, redesign, and standardise finance processes to improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and operational teams to support system enhancements and digital finance initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance transformation, governance, and continuous improvement projects
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new processes
- Provide advisory input on future-state finance operating models and process best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, business process optimisation, or finance change management roles
- Strong understanding of core finance processes, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay
- Proven track record of working in regional or multinational environments
- Exposure to ERP or finance systems optimisation initiatives will be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership capabilities
