Finance Systems Analyst - HK Listed MNC (SAP, D365 F&O)
The Job:
- Gather user requirements and manage enhancement projects.
- Work with stakeholders to improve budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes.
- Support solution design, testing, data migration, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on project delivery.
- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and status reports.
The Candidate:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, finance systems, or transformation projects.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, & management reporting.
- Track record in implementing & enhancing accounting, financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, D365)
- Experience with enterprise finance/performance management solutions.
- Familiar with system integrations, UAT, and project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
