We are seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role involves supporting financial operations and providing insights to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
