Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Manage full-set accounting, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Handle Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Assist with Group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary audit schedules and documentation.
- Review quarterly GST submissions for Singapore subsidiaries.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
- Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- With 3 - 5 years of working experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting or in Construction/ Playground industry.
- Experience in WIP accounting is preferred.
- Exposure to Group consolidation or consolidated financial statements will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability and organisational skills.
