Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Finance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial reporting and analytics. Your expertise will empower stakeholders by providing critical insights and fostering collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for senior management to aid informed decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering with department heads to create budgets aligned with organizational objectives. Offer financial insights to operational teams, enhancing strategic initiatives and improving efficiency. Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving proactive measures to elevate financial outcomes. Enhance and streamline financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management is essential. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Experience in finance and operational analytics, with an ability to manage large data sets effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead various projects.
