About Partipost

Partipost is an influencer marketing platform that enables brands to launch impactful word-of-mouth campaigns with everyday people. Backed by Pavilion Capital (Temasek), iGlobe Partners, and Taiwan Mobile, we've helped over 6000 brands connect with genuine voices since launching.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join our Regional Finance team and support financial operations across the APAC region. This role goes beyond daily accounting responsibilities — you will also participate in cross-market financial process planning and provide financial insights that support business decisions.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to cross-border accounting, regional financial operations, and strategic finance within a fast-growing startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes and workflows
  • Prepare and manage internal financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management and stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational finance analysis
  • Participate in finance process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Lead statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
  • Support cross-border cash management and funding arrangements
  • Handle ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; experience in the media industry is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with both local and international banks regarding financing and treasury matters
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and regions
  • Solid understanding of cross-border financial practices and tax compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate with regional teams
  • Strong business acumen with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with stakeholders
