Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working independently to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable in managing start up working environment and acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. Candidates who has experience in managing office and HR operation is a plus .

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete financial accounting and forecasting
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
• HR operations activities
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Taiwan statutory and tax requirements
• Other office administration duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
• Min 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP finance system
• Detail-oriented and analytical
