Job Description
Finance Controller
We need someone to own the books, compliance, and working capital. You'll report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for keeping everything tight — monthly closes, GST filings, AR/AP, entity management, audit prep. No bullshit accounting.
What you'll do:
- Monthly & quarterly closes (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- GST, TDS, income tax filings — zero delays
- AR/AP management and cash flow forecasting
- Inter-company accounting across HoldCo and subsidiaries
- Fixed assets, depreciation, audit support
- Banking ops and payroll funding
- Build SOPs and own the accounting system
You need:
- CA or CA Intermediate with 4-7 years hands-on experience
- Startup background (you know what fast-growing companies need)
- Deep on GST, tax compliance, ROC filings
- Obsessive about accuracy
- Can manage multiple entities without losing detail
