Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in abroad. This role is pivotal in overseeing our financial operations across Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management and a proven track record of delivering results in a multi-national environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the organization's financial stability.
• Lead and supervise accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.
• Manage tax planning, statutory filings, and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic projects through financial modeling and analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational and commercial objectives.
• Implement and improve financial systems, reporting processes, and ERP solutions to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
