As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can go beyond traditional finance. This role combines financial discipline with strategic thinking to help shape growth, profitability, and long-term direction.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations while serving as a trusted business partner to leadership.

This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and improving financial visibility across the organization. The Finance Manager will also work closely with our China finance team to ensure alignment and support leadership with data-driven insights

This is a hands-on role that balances execution with strategic thinking and offers the opportunity to influence how the company grows in the years ahead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Operations & Reporting

·      Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across Taiwan

·      Oversee budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and cash flow management

·      Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and management reports

·      Manage banking relationships, audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance

·      Monitor profitability, margins, working capital, and cash flow health

·      Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes

Business Partnership & Analysis

·      Support the CEO and leadership team with financial analysis and insights

·      Build forecasts and financial models to support business decisions

·      Develop KPI dashboards and performance tracking tools

·      Analyze costs, pricing, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement

• Support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities

Cross-Border Finance Coordination

·      Coordinate with the China finance team to ensure reporting consistency and visibility

·      Improve communication and financial processes across entities

·      Support management of foreign exchange exposure and cross-border financial considerations

• Ensure compliance with Taiwan and China financial and tax requirements

Process Improvement

·      Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

·      Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities

·      Help establish better financial visibility to support decision-making

·      Drive initiatives that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth

Leadership & Collaboration

·      Lead and develop the finance team

·      Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

·      Partner closely with operations, engineering, and other departments

• Build strong relationships across teams and regions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Econ, or related field
• CPA is a plus
• 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Excel
• Experience in manufacturing, export, or cross-border operations preferred
• Experience working with Taiwan and China entities is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
