We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead end to end accounting and financial management activities. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and supporting business decisions across the organization and its regional affiliates.
Qualifications and Experience
- More than 10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- At least 2 years of experience in a mid to large international accounting firm
- Familiar with accounting software and ERP systems
- Experience in SAP system implementation is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proactive, detail oriented, and highly analytical with strong risk awareness
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong sense of ownership with effective cross department communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidated group reports
- Coordinate year end closing with the group and prepare annual financial statements
- Manage company tax matters, including filing, compliance, and tax planning
- Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial planning activities
- Lead annual budget preparation, track financial performance, and manage cost controls
- Support cross functional coordination, communication, and management decision making
- Organize Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings, including preparation of materials and meeting minutes
- Handle company registration updates and regulatory changes
- Oversee payment processing and accounting activities for affiliated companies in Mainland China and Hong Kong
