Job Requirements Finance Manager:

1. Review all accounting operations and manage accounts receivable and payable.

2. Prepare monthly financial statements and provide related group reports.

3. Coordinate with the group's year-end schedule and prepare annual financial statements.

4. Manage and file company tax matters.

5. Oversee cash flow planning and fund management.

6. Prepare the annual budget, track performance, and control costs.

7. Support cross-functional coordination, communication, and decision-making.

8. Organize Board of Directors and Shareholders Meetings, including preparing meeting materials and minutes.

9. Handle company registration changes.

10. Oversee payments and accounting for affiliated companies in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Requirements:

1. Over 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

2. At least 2 years of experience in a mid- to large-sized international accounting firm.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting, tax planning, and related regulations.

4. Proactive, highly logical, strong risk awareness, with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills.

6. Fluent in written and speaking in English.

7. Familiar with accounting software and ERP systems.

8. Experience in SAP system implementation is a plus.
