Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong end-to-end ownership of global finance operations. This role will be responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across a multi-entity, multi-region environment.
As a key partner bridging business, finance, and audit, you will lead financial data consolidation and external reporting, enhance financial efficiency, and provide insightful analysis to support management decision-making. You will play a critical role in supporting the company's compliant and sustainable global expansion.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on familiarity with accounting standards across at least two to three jurisdictions whether IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP in key markets and is comfortable navigating the nuances of cross-border financial management.
No crypto background required we welcome candidates from internet, tech, or other fast-paced industries who are curious about space and eager to grow with it.
What You'll Do
- Manage monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closing processes, covering GL, AP/AR, treasury, and tax, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Monitor and interpret accounting standards and disclosure requirements; benchmark peer practices and drive continuous improvement in external reporting
- Coordinate and review financial data across the company, subsidiaries, and affiliates for reporting and audit purposes; ensure consistency and accuracy of disclosed information
- Liaise with external auditors, providing professional guidance and supporting audit processes
- Track changes in accounting standards and new business activities; partner with business teams to provide appropriate accounting treatment and disclosure guidance
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, working papers, and supporting schedules; deliver management reports including performance analysis and financial forecasts to support leadership decisions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of overseas finance experience, with exposure to full-cycle finance operations in at least 23 countries
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and major international accounting standards (e.g., Hong Kong / Singapore GAAP); capable of handling complex accounting issues independently
- Solid experience in financial reporting, including consolidation, statutory reporting, and preparation of disclosures and notes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English as a working language
- High level of ownership and results-driven mindset; able to work effectively across multiple time zones and under pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience in multi-entity global finance management, with strong understanding of cross-border regulations and reporting differences
- Background in cryptocurrency, fintech, internet companies, or Big4 accounting firms
- Strong Excel modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to support automation and financial insights
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
