Job Summary
The role supports accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance, and business initiatives through financial reporting and stakeholders coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review full sets of accounts, GST filings, corporate tax matters, and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
- Develop business plans, budgets, management reports, financial forecasts, and presentation materials to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and support key HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records, performance management processes, training coordination, and employee-related matters in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements
- Review and assist in preparing regulatory reports, statistics, and surveys for submission to MAS, IRAS, CPF, and other authorities to maintain compliance
- Coordinate administrative tasks with outsourced vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Translate documents and communications between English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate liaison with the Head Office
- Support ad hoc business initiatives, internal projects, and other assignments from management to drive operational effectiveness
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across departments to achieve business objectives
- Manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, human resources, finance, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly
- Analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data accurately
- Stakeholder management skills to work effectively with business, compliance, operations, finance, and senior management teams
Required competencies and certifications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to perform regular liaison and translation duties with the Head Office
