Job Description
Reporting directly to senior business leadership, you will:
- Lead the Singapore finance organisation, providing strategic direction across financial planning, reporting, governance and business performance management
- Act as a trusted advisor to country leadership, driving commercial decision-making and supporting long-term business strategy
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis to optimise profitability and resource allocation
- Strengthen financial controls, compliance frameworks and risk management processes in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Drive working capital performance, cash flow optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives across the business
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while building a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to support transformation initiatives, business growth and strategic investments
The Successful Applicant
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
- At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities within a multinational environment
- Proven experience leading finance operations, financial planning, controllership and business partnering functions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions
- Demonstrated success driving financial performance, cash flow management and organisational growth
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple functions
- Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain or asset-intensive industries would be highly advantageous
