Job Description

  • Lead the full spectrum of finance, including reporting, planning, and controls
  • Act as a strategic business partner to account leads and senior stakeholders
  • Drive financial input and commercial strategy for client pitches and tenders
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Provide insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Manage client profitability, pricing models, and contract structures
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within media, marketing, or professional services
  • Strong commercial finance and business partnering track record
  • Experience supporting client pitches, tenders, or revenue growth initiatives
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
