- Finance Director, Commercial
- Finance Director, FP&A
Both roles will partner closely with senior leadership teams across the organization and offer strong exposure to strategic planning, commercial decision-making, and regional business operations within a collaborative and internationally connected environment.
Finance Director, Commercial
This role focuses on commercial finance partnering, profitability management, and business performance optimization across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and client profitability
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and operational improvements
- Strengthen pipeline visibility, profitability analysis, and cost management capabilities
- Partner with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and resource optimization
- Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team
- Support transformation initiatives, process improvements, and business integration projects
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or strategic finance leadership
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Experience working in multinational, matrix, or fast-paced business environments
- Strong analytical and business partnering capabilities
Finance Director, FP&A
This role focuses on enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Drive financial reporting, management analysis, and executive performance insights
- Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen visibility into key business drivers and risks
- Partner with regional and market leadership teams on strategic planning and financial decision-making
- Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and data quality
- Lead and develop a strong FP&A capability within the organization
Ideal Background
- Extensive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial planning leadership roles
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex financial information into actionable insights
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams within multinational organizations
