Job Description
- Lead overall finance operations, reporting and financial planning activities
- Partner with senior management to support strategic business decisions
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
- Deliver actionable financial insights to improve profitability and business outcomes
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management practices
- Support manufacturing and operational stakeholders on business performance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and corporate regulatory requirements
- Lead cash flow management and resource allocation planning
- Participate in regional projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Manage, coach and develop the local finance team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience within multinational organizations
- Solid experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A and Business Partnering
- Manufacturing, supply chain or operational finance exposure is a plus
- Experience supporting both commercial and operational stakeholders
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Able to operate effectively in a dynamic and matrix organization
