Overview
We are looking for a Finance COE Manager with a strong center-of-excellence mindset and proven experience in building scalable financial frameworks. This role will be responsible for driving the standardization and professionalization of accounting policies, accounting rules, and financial processes across global operations.
As a core member of the Finance COE, you will act as a key bridge between business, finance, and audit teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency in a multi-entity, multi-region environment. You will play a critical role in supporting the company's compliance and scalability during rapid growth.

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements, continuously track updates, and establish and iterate the company's unified accounting policies and operational guidelines
- Provide professional accounting judgment and solutions for innovative business models and complex transactions; design and optimize the chart of accounts
- Lead the design and optimization of accounting rules within financial systems, aligning with business development, regulatory changes, and disclosure requirements
- Consolidate and interpret local accounting standards and regulatory requirements for overseas entities; establish global financial SOPs, including accounting processes, approval workflows, and reporting mechanisms
- Build and continuously improve financial policies, processes, and methodologies from a COE perspective to enhance standardization and scalability
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance COE roles within leading financial institutions, internet companies, or Big4 firms; hands-on experience in policy design, process optimization, and SOP implementation
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or relevant practical experience; able to apply accounting standards to real business scenarios
- Strong structured thinking and system design capabilities; able to independently design financial rules, streamline processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with auditors, accounting firms, and cross-regional teams to resolve complex issues
- Fluent in English as a working language, with the ability to support global communication and documentation
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, strong ownership, and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver under a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience in building COE frameworks end-to-end (01 or scaling from 1N), such as accounting policies, accounting manuals, and financial SOP systems
- Experience managing multi-entity global operations, with knowledge of local accounting standards and compliance requirements across jurisdictions
- Background in Big4 or leading consulting firms, with experience in IFRS conversion or financial transformation projects
- Experience in cryptocurrency / exchange / Web3 industry
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and risk teams
- CPA or equivalent professional certification
