Job Description
Partner with the Global Business Finance team to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while providing meaningful business insights.
Conduct financial analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and perform variance analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
Support management with ad hoc financial modelling, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and governance standards across business operations.
Work closely with business partners to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.
Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial support for strategic business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the semiconductor or chiemail industry is highly preferred, while candidates from other manufacturing sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Proficient in financial systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global organization.
