Job Description
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business performance reviews.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, project margins, and cash flow performance.
- Analyze financial risks and opportunities and drive improvement initiatives.
- Support project financial reviews, cost tracking, claims management, and working capital optimization.
- Assist in managing foreign exchange exposure and project-related financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and finance policies.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Business Control, Commercial Finance, Project Control, or Management Accounting.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities.
- Experience supporting business stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Solid understanding of project-based or operationally driven businesses.
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
