Responsibilities
1. Budget management, responsible for department budget preparation, execution tracking and analysis and review, and supporting business management decisions 2. Business collaboration, responsible for the issuance and analysis of management reports, regular output of financial special reports, and provision of financial management suggestions 3. Management efficiency, responsible for cost process management, formulating project establishment rules, expenditure process and tool automation, and improving management efficiency 4. Risk control, responsible for the approval of documents such as project establishment/contract/purchasing/payment, and identifying and preventing financial risks 5. Financial co-ordinator, as the liaison person for financial functions, coordinate management requirements such as funds/general ledger/taxation, and quickly provide financial solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of financial related work experience 2. Have strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and proactively promote project progress 3. Responsible for work, strong ability to withstand pressure, objectively and calmly face difficulties encountered at work, and actively seek solutions 4. Applicants who are familiar with functional department management and have consulting/project management experience will be given priority.
