Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance operations, including accounting entries, reconciliation, payment processing, and financial documentation.
• Support cash flow management, including fund movement, payment tracking, and transaction verification.
• Assist with digital asset-related finance operations, including cryptocurrency transaction reconciliation, wallet records management, and asset tracking (prior crypto finance experience preferred).
• Support accounting activities such as invoice processing, expense management, account reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and company policies.
• Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and preparation of finance-related reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support daily finance operations and resolve payment/accounting-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in finance-related roles, such as treasury, cashier, accounting, or finance operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in cryptocurrency / digital asset finance is highly preferred.
• Familiar with digital asset transactions, wallet management, crypto reconciliation, and blockchain-related financial processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and payment operations.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills in a Chinese-speaking business environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
