Position Overview
The Finance & HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across both the financial and human resources functions for Tatler Taiwan. Reporting to the local leadership team and collaborating closely with regional HQ, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning, robust corporate governance, full-cycle talent management, and ensuring local compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Strategy
- Financial Oversight: Maintain, optimize, and oversee all business administration, financial management, and accounting systems.
- FP&A Partnering: Partner with internal business stakeholders on strategic planning and forecasting activities to align with regional and organizational objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts. Analyze revenues, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheet performance to drive profitability and support executive decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict regulatory compliance by auditing internal financial processes, tracking company liabilities, and mitigating financial risks.
- Corporate Governance: Manage a comprehensive, secure archiving system for all financial statements, legal contracts, and historical company documents.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with regional teams to implement scalable updates to corporate policies, financial systems, and internal procedures.
2. Human Resources & Talent Management
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full employee lifecycle—from crafting compelling JDs and sourcing high-caliber talent to screening, shortlisting, and executing a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with Tatler's brand values.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing inquiries, and resolving grievances with discretion.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure all HR practices strictly adhere to Taiwan Labor Standards Act (勞基法) and related local regulations.
- Performance Management: Champion the annual performance review process dictated by HQ. Support Department Heads in facilitating constructive feedback, goal-setting, and career progression frameworks.
- HR Digitization & Data: Maintain flawless, confidential employee records on InfoTech and physical P-files.
- Compensation & Benefits: Execute end-to-end payroll functions, including monthly payroll processing, year-end tax filings, final settlements, Labor/Health Insurance (勞健保), and Labor Pension (勞退) contributions.
- Budgeting: Co-manage the annual HR/headcount budget exercise with the Managing Director and deliver accurate monthly forecasts for management review.
Professional Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience spanning Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Operations.
- Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles, Taiwan Labor Standards Act, and local corporate tax legislation.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, adaptive to fast-changing environments, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Ethics: Absolute professionalism with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, enabling seamless communication with both local and regional HQ stakeholders.
