Job Description

Job Description:

  • Gather business information from different functional teams and translate it into executive communication
  • Ensure adequacy and accuracy of Shopee critical reports/dashboards and finance-related reports
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure that all data is up to date and regional teams are aligned with local teams
  • Conduct data analysis on financial issues under tight deadlines
  • Design and maintain critical reports for business needs
  • Automate and improve the efficiency of different FP&A processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or any related field. Minor in Business or Accounting is a plus
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel and hands-on experience with large amounts of data using SQL, Python, Pyspark and the Hadoop ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with work experience in data-driven analysis under pressure
  • Organised, demonstrated skills in prioritisation & ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
