We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join a fast-growing organization with an international reporting structure. This role will lead the finance function, partner closely with senior management, and drive financial planning, reporting, process improvement, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and management analysis for regional stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Oversee accounting operations, audits, and external stakeholders.
- Drive finance process optimization and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage treasury and cash flow planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a finance team of 4 members.
- Support strategic projects, investment evaluations, and business improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Fluent English is required (ability to communicate with regional/global stakeholders).
- Strong financial analysis, business partnering, and presentation skills.
- Experience in finance process optimization or continuous improvement is highly preferred.
- Experience in multinational companies or international reporting environments is a plus.
- MBA, CPA, or additional language skills are advantageous.
