Field Service Engineer (Etching) - Taichung (設備安裝工程師 - 台中)

工作內容

• 至無塵室客戶端現場進行半導體製程設備組裝/安裝、搬移、系統校驗 & 維護等服務,以及相關的啟動 & 檢查程序。機台各部件裝設,配置管線(線路、管線連結附屬機台)、按需要進行修改/改裝。通電前,點位標記,測試 & 運轉確認等。
• 對半導體製程設備 & 應用保持完整 & 詳細的知識。
• 現場安裝問題解決、判斷所需的修正措施,進行故障排除。執行診斷程序,以找出問題來源。
• 為現場設備維護工程師、製程工程師提供產品有效操作、校準 & 維護的培訓。
• 與客戶進行技術溝通,了解客戶需求並提供設備改善 & 問題解決方案。
• 以任何需要的方式提供技術支援;通過電話、網絡或在客戶現場進行產品故障排查、診斷 & 校準,以確保設備規格性能。
• 維持準確記錄,並就設備運作發出完整 & 及時的報告。
• 與客戶維持良好關係,遵守客戶端工安規定。
• 入職技術訓練教材 & 在職訓練(OJT) - 中文版/英文版/日文版。
• 固定日班: 08:30 - 17:30, 週休二日 (休六日)
• 能配合加班 or 出差 (北到林口,南到高雄),根據設備機臺的 On Call 對應。

條件要求

• 需能配合大多數工作時間內,穿著「無塵衣」且將在無塵室中工作
• 能上下工作梯、鑽進設備內進、蹲下行安裝、搬重物 (最多 40 kg)
• 大學畢業: 電機/機械/電子/航太/自動控制/機械維護等相關領域。
• 具有2-5年半導體製程設備安裝/維護 & 無塵室安全程序實務經驗,熟悉組裝 & 維護工具操作。具 Main Fab- Thin Film, Dry Etch, Clean, Metrology 任一設備經驗者優先。
• 完整了解設備維護流程,並理解電氣 & 氣體線路圖、會讀電路圖、看懂機構圖面。
• 具有實務操作設備電源流程的經驗。
• 熟悉使用三用電表 (Multimeter)、電氣 & 機械測試設備 ( 水平儀 Gradienter, Level Meter)、手工具 (扭力板手 Torque wrench)。
• 有「一般安全衛生教育訓練 6Hr 證照者」。
• 具 High-voltage RF generators 射頻電漿電源經驗尤佳 (e.g., 13.5 MHz)。
• 具 Plasma 電漿處理設備經驗尤佳。
• 持有有效的駕駛執照。
• 具英文/日文能力: 操作手冊(讀)、專有名詞 (聽說讀寫)。全民英檢 - 中級、TOEIC 400分以上,JLPT N3。

Summary:

The Field Service Engineer provides comprehensive service on assigned equipment maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Provides technical assistance to support our customers in any manner as required, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex equipment and systems, and perform Troubleshooting, preventive Maintenance, and Repair work.
• To achieve high performance & productivity, especially on Safety checks, Power On, Operational checks, etc.
• Create and maintain Records & Reports as required.
• Provide guidance to customer operations engineers on System operation & Maintenance methods.
• Analyze situations & data according to Standard work procedures, and identify feasible Solutions.
• Ensure required Safety measures are always implemented in accordance w/ client safety standards, and promote Safety activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Willingness to Business Travel within Taiwan as required.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent academic background.
• 2-5 yrs of exp. in Semiconductor manufacturing equipment installation & commissioning. Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Large Equipment is preferred.
• Ability to Read & Understand Technical drawings, Mechanical drawings, and Electrical circuit diagrams, with knowledge of Gases.
• Completion of basic Cleanroom training & basic Industry Safety training.
• Comply w/ Confidential info. requirements and Safety rules/Code of conduct of customers.
• Can Business Travel within Taiwan as required.
• Respect diversity and build good Relationships w/ the team, colleagues, and customers.
• Computer skills: Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Copilot, Gemini.
• Taiwan APRC is required w/ expat.
• Exp. related to high-voltage RF generators (e.g., 13.5 MHz) is a plus.
• Exp. related to plasma systems is a plus.
• Semicon - Large Equipment: Thin Film Formation, Clean Track Systems, Etch Systems, Surface Preparation Systems, etc.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret Technical journals & Reports
• Ability to compile Reports and compose routine Correspondence
• Ability to define Problems, Collect data, establish Facts, and draw Valid conclusions.
• Ability to Travel extensively and Flexibly support Shift work, incl. Overtime and Weekend work, when requested by client.

Language:

• Bilingual Mandarin and English or Japanese – Read, write and Speak

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Work is performed at the factory and individual customer sites as required
• The incumbent is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear, and may be required to lift or move up to 50 lb. (<=40 kg); over 50 lb. w/ assistance. Ability to claim ladders, Squat, Crawl into machines for Installations.
• While performing the regular duties of the position, the incumbent is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and possible exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The incumbent must be able to wear safety equipment and follow safety instructions.
