Sr. Field Service Engineer (設備安裝主任工程師)

工作內容

• 帶領半導體設備安裝團隊、管控專案時程、直接面對客戶。
• 帶領工程團隊至無塵室客戶端現場進行設備組裝/安裝、搬移等服務,以及相關的啟動 & 檢查程序。機台各部件裝設,配置管線(線路、管線連結附屬機台)、通電前,點位標記,測試 & 運轉確認等,確保工作品質 & 進度。
• 對設備及應用保持完整及詳細的知識。
• 為客戶及其他人士提供產品有效操作、校準及維護的培訓。
• 協助監督現場設備維護工程師、製程工程師進行產品安裝、培訓及其他所需活動。
• 以任何需要的方式提供技術支援;通過電話、網絡或在客戶現場進行產品故障排查、診斷及校準,以確保設備規格性能。
• 監督維持準確記錄,並就設備運作發出完整及及時的報告。
• 固定日班: 08:30 - 17:30, 週休二日 (休六日)
• 能配合加班 or 出差 (北到林口,南到高雄),根據設備機臺的 On Call 對應。

條件要求

• 具有電機或機械工程或相關領域的學士學位。
• 具有5-10年半導體設備安裝/維護和無塵室安全程序實務經驗,熟悉組裝和維護工具操作。含2年帶團隊經驗。
• 完整了解設備維護流程,並理解電氣及氣體線路圖、會讀電路圖、看懂機構圖面。
• 具有實務操作設備電源流程的經驗。
• 熟悉使用電氣和機械測試設備及手工具。
• 有「一般安全衛生教育訓練 6Hr 證照者」。
• 能上下工作梯、蹲下、鑽進設備內進行安裝、搬重物 (最多 40 kg) 。
• 具 High-voltage RF generators 射頻電漿電源經驗尤佳 (e.g., 13.5 MHz)。
• 具 Plasma 電漿處理設備經驗尤佳。
• 能帶領團隊、督導人員工作績效、管控專案時程、直接面對客戶。
• 必須持有有效的駕駛執照。
• 具英文或日文能力: 操作手冊(讀)、專有名詞 (聽說讀寫)。全民英檢 - 中級、TOEIC 500分以上,JLPT N2。

Summary:

The Field service Lead provides comprehensive service on assigned equipment maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Provides technical assistance to support our customers in any manner as required. Managing a team of field technicians, scheduling service visits, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex equipment and systems, and perform Troubleshooting, preventive Maintenance, and Repair work.
• Lead, Mentor, and Manage an FSE team to achieve high performance & productivity, especially on Safety checks, Power On, Operational checks, etc.
• Create and maintain Records and Reports as required.
• Order and Install parts.
• Provide guidance to customer operations engineers on System operation and Maintenance methods.
• Analyze situations and data according to Standard work procedures, and identify feasible Solutions.
• Manage meetings with customers.
• Ensure required Safety measures are always implemented in accordance with TET safety standards, and promote Safety activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Willingness to Business Travel within Taiwan as required.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent academic background.
• 5-10 yrs of exp. in Vacuum, Chemical/Gas handling, and/or Semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Incl. 2-yr Team Leader exp.
• Comply w/ Confidential info. requirements and Safety rules/Code of conduct of TET & customers.
• Flexibly support Shift work, incl. Overtime and Weekend work, when requested by customer.
• Can Business Travel within Taiwan as required.
• Respect diversity and build good Relationships w/ the team, colleagues, and customers.
• Computer skills: Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Taiwan APRC is required w/ expat.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret Technical journals & Reports
• Ability to compile Reports and compose routine Correspondence
• Ability to define Problems, Collect data, establish Facts, and draw Valid conclusions.
• Ability to Travel extensively and work in Shifts to support customer needs

Language:

• Bilingual English or Japanese and Mandarin – Read, write and Speak

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Work is performed at the factory and individual customer sites as required
• The incumbent is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear, and may be required to lift or move up to 50 lb. (<=40 kg); over 50 lb. w/ assistance. Ability to claim ladders, Squat, Crawl into machines for Installations.
• While performing the regular duties of the position, the incumbent is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and possible exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The incumbent must be able to wear safety equipment and follow safety instructions.
