Senior Field Service Engineer – PLC/Automation

Experience: 5+ years | Employment: Full-time | Location: Taipei

We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer with strong experience in Siemens PLC, automation controls, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot PLC, controls and automation system issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Lead local service engineers and subcontractors.
• Support system upgrades, retrofits and optimization.
• Coordinate resources to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant field service/automation experience.
• Strong Siemens PLC commissioning and troubleshooting skills.
• Material handling, warehouse automation or intralogistics experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, standby and night support when required.
