How You'll Make An Impact
- You will participate in comprehensive training programs to learn about Hitachi products, systems, and service procedures.
- You will assist experienced Field Service Engineers with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Hitachi equipment at customer sites.
- You will support routine preventative maintenance activities and perform diagnostic checks on various systems.
- You will shadow and learn from senior engineers during complex troubleshooting and repair operations.
- You will document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and problem resolutions.
- You will adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the field.
- You will develop a strong understanding of customer needs and contribute to delivering exceptional service.
- You will continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and product updates.
- You will travel to various customer locations as required.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a technical field service role.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively.
- Prior internship or relevant technical experience is a plus.
