Key responsibilities

Support the field service team lead, to ensure all workflow execution are up to standard and in line with departmental strategies and objectives
Provide highquality onsite installation, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for medical equipment and devices in a timely manner
Work closely with the business team to provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers
Maintain close relationships with clients, provide technical support, and perform routine scheduled servicing (preventive and reactive).
Conduct after-sales service for products operation briefings and demonstrations to customers
Comply with safety standards and legal regulations, as well as the company's guidelines and procedures
Work flexible hours and travel between sites in Hong Kong and Macau as required.

Role requirements

BSc in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ Biotechnology, or any related disciplines
13 years of relevant experience with machinery / equipment, with field support and E&M installation experience is an advantage
Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade A certification would be an advantage
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Objective-oriented, driven, passionate, collaborative, able to work independently, and willing to learn continuously.
Good Proficiency in English and Chinese (both in spoken & written)
Basic IT knowledge such as IP address, firewall & anti-virus setting
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
