Job Summary

You will lead machine installation and commissioning at customer sites, deliver technical troubleshooting and failure analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance machine applications and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up and commission new machine installations at customer sites to ensure operational readiness
• Analyze machine failures by reading electrical schematic drawings to identify root causes and provide technical feedback to manufacturers
• Respond to technical inquiries and deliver tailored recommendations or solutions for machine applications at customer locations
• Assess customer requirements and perform detailed analysis to propose improvements that optimize machine performance
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to support continuous improvement and problem resolution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• Experience working in semiconductor-related roles or similar technical positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through practical application
• Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork spirit and positive attitude
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
