Field Service Engineer

Your role

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose equipment issues and resolve or escalate them within agreed timelines.
• Follow all safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and provide accurate feedback to management and technical teams.
• Use company systems to manage service notifications, work orders, and related documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to customer emergencies as required.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with customer site regulations and company policies.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks, training, and other duties as directed by management.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Previous field service or customer-facing technical support experience is preferred.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Taichung, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

Option 2: Hybrid

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Taichung, Taiwan (TW).
