Field Service Engineer

Your role

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide on-site technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve or escalate equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback.
• Manage service notifications, work orders, and documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tainan, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.

Option 2: Hybrid

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Tainan, Taiwan (TW).
