Field Service Engineer

Your role

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose issues and resolve or escalate within set timelines.
• Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback.
• Manage service notifications, work orders, and documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Tainan. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Taiwan (TW).
