Field Network Engineer

1. PROJECT DETAILS

Start Date: End of September 2025

Volume: 4 engineers (subject to change depending on project demands)

Location: Changhua City, Taiwan (non-Taipei residents preferred)

Cables: 20,000 per site with average of 20m-25m

2. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Deploy dedicated field engineers for full-time engagement over the project duration as per the customers schedule.

2. Each engineer will be responsible for installing, labelling, and testing network cables as per the daily target and quality standards. With the average assumptions that the cable size will be 20m-25m.

3. All engineers will strictly follow the cabling layout provided in Excel sheets, including defined start and end points.

4. Cable installation will adhere to customer-specific standards regarding rack entry, patch panel arrangement, and tray alignment.

5. Engineers will work in pairs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety while handling large volumes of cables.

6. Provided cables on-site will be used for the entire installationno external sourcing of cables required.

7. Cables will be laid loosely in trays, as per customer instruction, to allow for easy removal or future reworkno Velcro or cable ties will be used.

8. Onsite ladders and infrastructure provided by the customer will be used for cable routing in elevated sections.

9. Engineers will be equipped with necessary tools, including a cable basic standard tester kit x2 for 4 Engineers, label printer, and cleaning kits, subject to further discussion.

10. Engineers will maintain clean and organized installations, ensuring a professional finish across all cable runs.

11. Engineers will perform basic cable testing; no BERT or OTDR testing is expected unless agreed upon separately.

12. The work will be carried out in customer-owned data centers, with adherence to all site-specific safety and access protocols.

13. Daily progress tracking and reporting will be provided, including number of cables installed, labelling status, and any observed issues.

14. The minimum daily installation quantity is set at 50 cables per tech
