Field Execution Manager

Key responsibilities

• Sales analytics & commercial insights and related operation process. (30%)
• Lead planning, execution and follow up of internal and cross functional field engagement activities (50%)
• Support ad hoc analyses and cross department projects (20%).

Qualification:

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry benchmark, sales management practice, etc.
• Multi-national company working experience
• Process management skills
• Bachelor degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
• Fluent English is required
• 4 years MNC SFE experience

• 2 years project management experience

• 2 years process management experience
• Good cross function communication, cooperation and alignment capability
• Good non-authority/power influence capability
• Cross function process optimization capability
• Problem solving capability under complicated situation
• Work under pressure and multi-task
• Can pay attention both to macro direction and to detail works
