About the Company

Based on the oilfield frontline, this position is responsible for delivering high-standard and high-quality professional technical services to clients. The incumbent will ensure stable, safe and efficient on-site operations and complete all technical service tasks in cooperation with the team.

About the Role

Perform on-site oilfield technical services by operating SLB professional tools, instruments and core technologies, ensuring all services are delivered timely, accurately and completely to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site operational risk identification, risk analysis and safety assessment, and assist in promoting on-site process optimization, problem rectification and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strictly comply with and implement SLB standard operating procedures (SOP), technical specifications, quality and safety standards to ensure all on-site technical services are fully compliant and error-free.
  • Attend customer service quality review meetings, record client feedback and operational issues, and fully implement service optimization and process improvement plans to continuously upgrade customer service quality.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering related majors, including but not limited to Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Engine/Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Maintenance & Inspection, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation & Metering, Material Engineering, Energy Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and other related fields.
  • Language: Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Candidates with TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL or other international English proficiency certificates are preferred.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, and ability to adapt to diverse on-site working environments.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and workflows, with proactive self-improvement awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with basic network technology knowledge and practical capabilities.
  • Highly responsible, dedicated, proactive and hard-working. Able to work under high-pressure oilfield frontline working conditions and adapt to on-site working arrangements.
