Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Field Coordinator in Taichung, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taichung Port / laydown area / site operations supervision
• Site delivery schedule coordination with subcontractor and site teams
• Attending site and operation meetings
• Cargo condition survey and interface documentation
• Technical support and ensuring that operations are executed in line with specific SOP
• Long term assignment > 3 months at site location in Taiwan

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Minimum 3+ years of Freight Forwarding and / or site logistics / domestic Forwarding, and port / site experience
• Ability to travel >50% as well as willingness for longer site assignments
• Excellent communication skills verbal & written mandarin, English would be good
• Proven track record of excellent performance in all working environments (office and field)
• Significant previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Focus pay attention to the customers needs and commit to exceeding them
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Team player, willing to assist when needed to accomplish goals
