Job Overview

The Sr Field Application Engineer will drive to grow market business (Medical, semiconductor equipment & Industrial) through new demand creation & developing new design pipelines.

This role will include a broad range of responsibilities, which may include new business development pre & post sales, field application support and new business pipeline demand creation etc.

Job Requirements

  • 1) New business development to drive sales growth with regional strategy (30 %)
  • Responsible for the Sales revenue and new business pipeline target (30 %)
  • Field application technical support to customers (40%)

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Good technical background and Sensor application knowledge. https://www.te.com/en/products/sensors.html
  • Good Sales experience / skills in business development, new design demand creation
  • Fluent English& Chinese communication & presentation skills
  • Good English capability both in Oral and writing
  • Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity, willing to travel and have the drive
  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degrees (B.Eng/B.Sc)
  • Good knowledge on Digital & Analog device for Power Management, Microcontroller (MCU) or Data Converters
  • 25 years ¬sales application experience in Semiconductor/Sensor company, preferably in MNCs companies. (Will consider highly motivated fresh Graduate with good attitude)
