Field Application Engineer (Semiconductor)
(FAE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop application solutions for company products.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support services to customers.
- Provide feedback on customer information and issues, assist the marketing department in
- promoting product improvements, and provide technical support and market analysis for new products.
- Lead sales in handling key cases, assist sales in product selection, and provide on-site technical support to customers.
- Develop new customers, new products, and new applications.
- Collect and organize competitor information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
- Min three years of work experience as Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor / electronic components industry.
- Strong execution, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to complete tasks independently, and hardworking.
- Proficient in oral and written Mandarin and English
