Job Description

• Understand customer applications and provide technical consultation to develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and global teams to support design-in activities and business development opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve product, application, and quality-related issues through direct customer engagement.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training, workshops, and customer events to promote solutions and technologies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business initiatives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical consulting, or technical sales support.
• Knowledge of industrial connectivity, automation, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and familiar with CRM or digital support tools.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.a
