Field Application Engineer

崗位目標Purpose of the job:

1.作為客戶和銷售的技術視窗,支援各類散熱產品的客戶開拓

Cooperate with sales team and be responsible for technical contact window for customers.

2.能夠瞭解客戶的設計需求並且與客戶保持良好的溝通

Be able to keep good communication with customers and gain their needs on design/project.

3.協調相關部門進行產品開發,跟進專案進展並準備相關技術報告和演示方案

Prepare technical report, presentation, and design proposal for customers and meet project schedule.

4.關注市場和技術的變化,調查收集相關產品和市場訊息資料;對同類產品進行分析並提供建議;尋求和開拓新的商業機會

Collect/ analyze relevant products market information and technology; provide suggestions and seek new opportunities.

崗位經驗/技能/要求Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1.5年以上本科及以上學歷,機械設計/熱能工程相關專業優先

Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent with 5 years of direct thermal experience is preferred.

2.英文能力需作為工作語言

English and Chinese in spoken and written is required.

3.熟悉使用Auto-CAD、SolidWorks、UG、Pro-E等製圖軟體

Be familiar with CAD software like Auto-CAD、SolidWorks、UG、Pro-E.

4.溝通協調能力強,有專案管理經驗優先

Strong communication skill, able to work efficiently in a team; project management experience is preferred.

主要職責Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

1.主要技術窗口對接OEM/ODM客戶開發維護相關技術專案

Function as the technical contact and responsible for communicating with OEM/ODM customers for new/developingprojectst.

2.辨識客戶技術規範,確認關鍵特性,確定各類技術規範

Identify and confirm customer's technical specifications, key features identification and confirmation.

3.客訴處理及客戶關係維護

Shooting customer's issue/complaint and keep good relationship with customers.

4.領導交待的其它事務

Other tasks assigned by manager.
