We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operation team. This role will be based in Taiwan.
We will count on you to:
Billing and Invoicing
- Review billing requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies before finalizing invoices.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices promptly to support timely revenue recognition.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Placement, Policy Servicing, and Business Units to resolve billing discrepancies within agreed turnaround times.
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary billing documentation.
- Maintain adherence to billing procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
Credit Control and Collections
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments through professional and courteous communication via phone and email.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment statuses.
- Assist in processing client requests for refunds, adjustments, or payment arrangements.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments.
- Escalate complex or unresolved credit issues to senior management as appropriate.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection progress, delinquent accounts, and credit control activities.
Compliance, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all billing and credit control activities comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance billing accuracy and collection efficiency which include but is not limited to participation in automation, AI, data management initiatives.
What you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in billing, credit control, accounts receivable, or related financial operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions professionally.
- Solid understanding of billing processes, credit control principles, and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with billing and collection software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
