Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Global Financial Channel Network: Plan and build the global financial channel network for the company's cross-border payment business, targeting leading overseas banks, international PSPs (payment service providers), and regional financial institutions. Develop regional expansion strategies, deliver on targets for core channel acquisition, contracting, and go-live, and build a stable, sustainable global partner matrix.
  2. High-Level Strategic Partnerships: Independently lead engagements with senior executives of overseas banks and top-tier PSPs, conducting all-English commercial negotiations that cover cooperation model definition, fee/pricing discussions, compliance terms, and framework agreement execution. Drive annual strategic partnerships to closure and secure deep, long-term alignment with premium channel resources.
  3. Solution Design & Implementation: Develop tailored cross-border payment cooperation solutions, implementation plans, and revenue models based on regional regulatory frameworks, market structures, and channel characteristics. Oversee the full onboarding lifecycle — KYC, licensing/qualification approval, system integration testing, and production launch — to ensure efficient channel integration and stable operations.
  4. Channel Deepening & Incremental Growth: Maintain strong executive relationships with core global institutions through regular communication mechanisms. Continuously identify multi-dimensional cooperation and incremental business opportunities within existing channels, and resolve cross-border integration bottlenecks and operational anomalies to improve channel throughput, conversion, and partner stickiness.
  5. Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor global cross-border payment industry dynamics, competitors channel strategies, and evolving regional regulations, and refine expansion strategies accordingly. Oversee risk screening and compliance management across the full partnership lifecycle, enforcing AML and cross-border financial compliance requirements to ensure compliant, sound business operations.

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of FIBD experience in the cross-border payment industry, with deep expertise in overseas bank and PSP channel partnerships, a mature global channel network, strong high-level negotiation skills, and proven go-live cases. Solid understanding of the full cross-border payment partnership lifecycle.
  2. Ability to independently formulate channel expansion strategies, customize cooperation solutions, and build revenue models; capable of autonomously driving senior-level engagements, project delivery, and problem resolution, combining strategic thinking with a strong results orientation.
  3. Fluent in business English, able to conduct all-English negotiations, solution discussions, and cross-time-zone communications without barriers; familiar with cross-border financial regulations and AML compliance rules across major regions.
  4. No record of financial regulatory violations; resilient under pressure; adept at executive relationship management and long-term strategic partnership cultivation; well-suited to the pace of global business expansion.
